2. What is shipping cost ?

  We offers premium international shipping by DHL Express mail service or EMS . We charge a flat fee of about USD for DHL  , EMS only 16 USD.

   
  3. Why my order has been cancelled ?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out  of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

4. How can I track my order 

   A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package, if you want to track your order shipmnet , you can do so in the following way : 1. refer to your order confirmation emails for Tracking number ,then simply enter your tracking number on the DHL website (  http://www.cn.dhl.com/publish/cn/en.high.html)  to track your order shipment. or  you can enter your tracking number on EMS website ( http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp ) to track your order shipment .

5. What's your return policy 

   Returns are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items ( UNWORN,ALTERED OR WASHED ,ALL TAGS ATTACHED) , please complete the return form and include it it with your package .Pleaes note : shipping charges are non-refundable .

6. Where are items shipped from ?

Most items are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai . A few are shipped from Sydney Australia

7. When will my credit card has been refuned ?

 Once your package has been received at our shop , your refund will be processed within 14 business days. You will be notified via email  when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and reflect on your credit card statment .
